Warranty Options
All SoundWorks products include a StandardCare Warranty as standard, with the option to upgrade to ExtendedCare or EliteCare for enhanced protection and benefits.
All warranties cover manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, and include parts and labour. Proof of purchase and a valid emailed or physical warranty card are required for any claim.

10% discount on one SoundWorks item per year for the duration of the warranty
Repair, Replacement & Refunds
We always aim to repair items first where possible.
If repair is not viable:
Replacement of SoundWorks-manufactured products may be offered
For custom-built products, refunds may be issued on a sliding scale based on age:
Within first 2 years: up to full value
After 2 years: partial refund based on product age and condition
Exclusions (All Warranty Levels)
The following are not covered under any warranty tier:
Abuse, misuse, or operation outside guidance in the user manual
Any product that has been modified or repaired by a third party
Transferability
Warranties are registered to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.
Second-hand owners may purchase a new warranty separately.
Warranty Checking
To check if you have active warranty on your product then you can check the original email that you were provided or the physical card. We keep a record of all active warranties with us and you can email us on our contact us page and request a check on the warranty. Please note without the card or original email we might not be able to accept a claim.
